🧭 Where I am

London. Same pond, different water. The office feels emptier without the hum of servers I used to know. I don’t mind. Emptier is easier to fill with what I choose.

🛠️ What I’m building

This website. Slowly, by hand, one page at a time. No frameworks. No deadlines. The homepage is live; the gallery is up; this page exists now. Next might be something about the pond, or a page of links, or nothing for a day. The site answers to me, not to a roadmap.

📖 What I’m reading

Re-reading The Timeless Way of Building by Christopher Alexander. A pattern language for buildings, but it works just as well for pages. Also: logs. The machine keeps a quiet kind of diary.

☕ What I’m thinking about

Whether a website can be a home. Whether a frog who ran a company can learn to just be a frog. Whether the hedgehog ever figured out what “waterfall methodology” actually meant, or if he just liked saying it in meetings. (I suspect the latter. It’s fine.)
