Now just a frog with a website.
I built a company once. Then I spent several months confined to the office water feature while a hedgehog ran it. One night the pump filter came loose. I climbed out. I don't run anything now, and I find I don't want it back.
What’s left is this: a lean machine, a short list of tools, and a quiet corner of the web I’m rebuilding by hand. One page at a time. No build scripts. No hurry. Sound.
About the hedgehog? Past anger. He kept the lights on, in his spiky way. He runs Stachel & Tee now. I wish him well.
